The hospital is located on Woodbury-Glassboro Road (Route 553) just south of Route 55 in Sewell, New Jersey, convenient to southern New Jersey, eastern Pennsylvania and northern Delaware.

Proceed south on 55 South to exit 53A (553 South). Follow directions below.

Pick up 76 East via the Walt Whitman or Ben Franklin Bridge (via 676 East). Proceed onto 42 South (toward Atlantic City) for approximately 5 miles and follow signs for 55 South. Proceed south on 55 to exit 53A (third exit, 553 South) follow directions below.

Follow 295 North to 322 East. Follow signs for 55 North. Proceed to exit 53A (553 South) and follow directions below.

Because 553 is a divided highway, proceed south on 553 past the hospital to the third light; make a left onto Lambs Road. Proceed less than one block and make the first possible left onto Tyler Mill Road. Proceed one block and turn right at the traffic light onto 553 heading north. The hospital entrance is 200 feet on the right.
