Dr. Fulton's clinical experience has been dedicated exclusively to private veterinary practice. She has special interest in breeding and pediatric medicine, and actively breeds Bullmastiffs that she goes on to show on the American Kennel Club circuit. She is a committed member of the American Bullmastiff Association and The Delaware Valley Bullmastiff Club.

She is very involved with a dog rescue league based in Philadelphia and is an active member of the American Bullmastiff Association Rescue.

Dr. Fulton was awarded her Bachelor of Science with honors from the University of Notre Dame in Indiana. She received her doctorate from The School of Veterinary Medicine at The University of Pennsylvania in Philadelphia.

She is married and lives in Burlington County with her husband, Greg, and their two Bullmastiffs. She enjoys spending time with her family at the Jersey shore.
