Bailey

Bailey joined Bethel Mill in 2017 after being surrendered to a shelter.  She is a Scottish Fold as you can see by her folded ears.  Bailey's primary job is to supervise the back staff, but also checks on the front desk from time to time and keeps Simone on her toes.  Bailey loves to play hide and seek, and doesn't miss any meals!

Simone

Simone came to Bethel Mill in 2016.  She was rescued from a stray colony - we adopted her from a rescue group.  She is a nervous cat, but has warmed up and demands attention but only on her terms. You may see her up front supervising the front staff to make sure they are doing the best possible job.

Dr. Robin Love

Dr Love grew up in Mantua Township and is a Clearview graduate.  She completed her undergraduate degree in chemistry at Colgate University, and graduated from the University of Pennsylvania School of Veterinary Medicine in 1989.  She has worked in this area since graduation and opened Bethel Mill Animal Hospital in 1999, fulfilling a life long dream.  She lives in Sewell with her husband and her British Short Hair cat, Eleanor.  She enjoys taking care of her house and husband and the occasional round of golf (played with lots of enthusiasm, but little skill).

Dr. Rebecca Fulton

Dr. Fulton graduated from the University of Pennsylvania School of Veterinary Medicine.  She has a special interest in working dogs and actively competes in conformation events with her Bullmastiffs.  She is active in Bullmastiff rescue as well as Bullmastiff Health and Research.  Dr. Fulton attended the University of Notre Dame and continues to be a huge supporter of the Fighting Irish.  She lives with her husband and two children and a house full of Bullmastiffs (and a rescue Pitbull).  While not working she can be found attending her son's baseball games or her daughter's horse shows.

Dr. Dinah Flack

Dr. Flack grew up in Harrisburg, PA and received her undergraduate degree in Biology and Equestrian Studies from Lake Erie College. She worked for 7 years as a surgical nurse at New Bolton Center, The University of Pennsylvania Veterinary School’s large animal hospital. She then returned to school and graduated from the University of Pennsylvania School of Veterinary Medicine in 1992. Over the years her focus has moved from showing Dressage horses, to showing and breeding Pembroke Welsh Corgis, then to building an emu ranch.

Her primary interests in veterinary medicine are soft tissue surgery, abdominal ultrasound, reproductive medicine, and exotic pet and bird medicine. Dr. Flack has practiced in this area for over 20 years. She lives with her husband and daughter, a Cardigan Welsh Corgi, two cats, a Senegal parrot, and two Rex bunnies. She enjoys gardening and reading and fantasizes about getting back to sailing on the Chesapeake Bay.

Becky

Becky has been at Bethel Mill ever since it opened in 1999.  She is the head technician and has been essential in training employees, developing hospital protocols, and maintaining the highest veterinary standards including our AAHA certification. Becky resides in Sewell with her husband,  2 daughters, dogs -  Meatloaf and Bunny, and cats - Noodles, Pickles, and Blue. She is the lead singer for the  band "Stained Glass" and performs at local winery's and brewery's as well as her church.

Samantha

Sam joined Bethel Mill in 2015 as a kennel assistant and quickly moved into the exam rooms as she developed her skills working along side the technicians.  She recently graduated with a veterinary technician degree at Camden County College. Sam is a competitive barrel racer and she and her husband have a horse farm in Pilesgrove.. She lives with her 2 horses., 2 dogs, 2 rescued sheep and her rescued potbelly pigs,  Beyonce and Wilson. She enjoys spending time with her family and pets.

Arlette

Arlette came to Bethel Mill in 2005.  She is a graduate of Camden County College's technician program and is our lead dental technician. Arlette resides in Pittsgrove with her husband Brad and 3 dogs:  Bruiser,Tulip, Lena, and 3 lovely cats:  Batman, Octavia and Spunky. Arlette enjoys fine wine and fine dining, and is an excellent cook.  She has a passion for educating people on adopting animals. We work on keeping her cheerful at work - some days are easier than others.

Erica

Erica is a graduate from Camden County's Veterinary Technician Program, and passed her state boards to become a Certified Vet Tech. She came to Bethel Mill in 2019 and previously practiced at several practices, including exotics care. She resides in Mickleton with her husband and feisty feline Mocha Joe. Erica enjoys fine cuisine, beach life, and establishing client/patient relationships.

Victoria

Victoria joined the staff at Bethel Mill 2 years ago after working in another clinic and is a graduate of Camden County's Vet Tech program. She also has completed a bachelors degree in equine studies from Centenary University. Victoria is often found pushing her cat Mr. Magoo around in his pink stroller. She enjoys horseback riding, hiking and going to the gym.

Juliet

Juliet joined Bethel Mill mid-2018 after graduating from Harcum Junior College with a veterinary technician degree.  She is currently pursuing a Bachelor degree in Biology at Rowan University. She resides in Mullica Hill with her 2 dogs - Thor and Charlie.  She loves being outdoors and taking care of animals.

Lindsay

Lindsay recently came to Bethel Mill after being recommend by the Veterinary Technician Program Administrator at Camden County College.  She is actively pursuing her Technician degree and plans to become a Certified Veterinary Technician. Lindsay resides in Fairfield Township with her boyfriend,  2 dogs, Fame and Ivy, and a bearded dragon named Floki.  Lindsay is an animal lover who is passionate about being an advocate for pet health and wellness. Lindsay enjoys lounging with her dogs watching movies and working on her Harley.

Colleen

Colleen is a second year student in Camden County's Veterinary Technician Program and started at Bethel Mill in the fall of 2020.  She is in the process of doing her internship which requires her to train with certified technicians and develop her skills.  Colleen knows a lot about hard work and not only works at Bethel Mill, but goes to school full-time and works at the local Olive Garden. Colleen was recently married and lives in Woodbury with her husband and 2 dogs, 10 chickens and 3 ducks!  Due to Covid she had a small private ceremony and is planning on a big wedding celebration in 2021!

Michelle G.

Michelle joined Bethel Mil in 2018 after working in the field for 4 years.  She has a special interest in patient care and is quick to snuggle all the animals in surgical recovery.  She resides in Woodstown with her husband and 2 dachshunds - Sophie and Spencer, and 3 cats - Rocky, Felix, and Scamp. Michelle loves to spend time with family and friends.  She is an avid reader and her pets enjoy time in her lap when she reads.  Her dream is to someday open an animal refuge.

Donnalee

Donnalee has been with Bethel Mill since it opened in 1999. Residing  in Monroeville with her husband, her youngest daughter, as well as 5 horses, a miniature horse, 2 dogs, 5 rescue cats, a parrot and several chickens! She enjoys trail riding and spending time with her family.  She competes in western gaming, sorting and team penning! Donnalee has spent the past 30 + years fostering and rescuing a variety of animals and has been very successful in placing them in loving homes.

Alyce

Alyce has been at Bethel Mill since we opened in 1999. She resides in Woodbury Heights with her dog Daphne and cat Spooky. She is a graduate veterinary technician who has moved her skills over to customer service in reception.  She is an avid Philadelphia sports fan and spends some of her time away from Bethel Mill working at the various stadiums.

Janet

Janet joined our team mid 2018.  During the day she works at a local school district as an aide.  She lives in West Deptford with her husband and 2 of her 4 children.  She has 2  Bichon mix dogs  - Harley and Ferguson.

Taylor

Taylor joined the staff of Bethel Mill in February of 2020.  She resides in Mt. Royal with her roommate and her beloved cat, Kovu who was a road side rescue weighing only 1 pound!!! Taylor has rescued many shelter pets over the years and even had a rescued pet raccoon while  living in Florida! She loves eating Chic-Fil-A, boating, and beach life.

Faith

Faith started at Bethel Mill in 2019 as a kennel assistant.  She is a senior at Clearview Regional High School and is very active in Vocal Ensemble, the Fall Play and Spring Musical where she has had several leading roles including Wendy in Peter Pan,  an evil stepsister in Cinderella, and Fiona in Shrek.  She is a classically trained vocalist and has won several opera competitions. Faith is looking to pursue a career in Music Therapy upon graduation. She hopes to be able to include a therapy cat in her work.

Alexis

Alexis recently started at Bethel Mill and assists in the back of the hospital where she plays an important part in stocking, instrument sterilization, and every day cleaning protocols including the extra work that Covid-19 has added.  Alexis lives in Mantua with her parents, and son, 2 dogs, and 3 cats. She was recently engaged and is set to be married Oct. 2022!  She completed her Veterinary Assistant program at Gloucester County College, and looks forward to increasing her knowledge and continuing her education as she works at Bethel Mill.
